Disk 2 – Bell Tones for Breathing

The Bell tones of the Tibetan Singing bowl will help you to regulate the pace of your breathing. Use one tone to breathe in and the following tone to breathe out. Continue throughout the recorded track of 10 minutes. Repeat at the same pace, or choose a slower pace to continue for an additional 10 minutes.

When the bow is struck, its unique metal vibrates to produce a rich, deep tone. the resonance of the sound helps synchronize brain waves and promotes deep relaxation, reducing the effects of stress.

Peggy Cappy acquired this Tibetan Singing Bow while in Nepal in the early 1970’s and has used it over the past 50 years.
