What are the US shipping charges? Shipping is free to locations in the United States on orders over $50. Our United States Postal Service shipping charge is:

How will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped
via United States Postal Service and will be delivered along with your regular mail. We have tracking information for our USPS shipped orders.

How long will it take to receive my order? Our goal is to ship all orders within two business days after receipt. Orders are usually delivered in about one week.

Where is my US order? We have tracking information for all United States shipments. If you have not received your order after two weeks please Email us at orders@peggycappy.com or call the phone number listed in your Email order receipt and we will track your package.

Canadian Orders

What are the Canadian shipping charges? Our shipping charge to Canada via DHL International is:

How will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped via DHL International and will be delivered to you by Canadian Post along with your regular mail. Because of the high cost of international tracking, we do not have tracking information for Canadian shipments.

How long will it take to receive my order? Our goal is to ship all orders within two business days after receipt. Depending on customs delays, orders are usually delivered in about six to 14 days.

Where is my Canadian order? If you have not received your order after more than three weeks please Email us at orders@peggycappy.com or call the phone number listed in your Email order receipt. Because of the high cost of international tracking, we do not have tracking information for Canadian shipments.

Customs taxes/fees – All of our international shipments are marked “Educational Materials” and are usually not subject to customs taxes/fees. We have heard that orders are ocassionaly subject to additional Canadian Customs taxes/fees for unknown reasons. We have no control over additional charges imposed by Canadian Customs and cannot predict what the taxes/fees may be. If you have questions regarding customs taxes/fees, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

General Order Questions

Weather Delays – Occasionally winter weather events delay a shipment. To reduce any issues caused by a late arrival of your package, especially during the winter months where weather delays are more frequent, please place your order early to allow extra time for delivery.

30 Day Return Policy – We will refund the purchase price if an item is returned unopened within 30 days of purchase.

Gifts – We do not include the price paid for items on the packing list because customers occasionally purchase items as a gift and ship directly to someone.

DVD Questions

How do I remove the DVD from the case? To remove the DVD from the case press on the button in the center of the DVD.

What do I do if my DVD doesn’t play?

  • If the shiny surface is not clean; carefully wash the DVD with mild soap and water.
  • Try playing the DVD on a different player, if the DVD plays on a different player, your DVD player probably has something wrong with it.
  • Look at the center hub of the DVD, if you see a crack in the center hub, the DVD has been damaged.

Are the videos available on VHS tape? No, all videos are available on DVD only.

Are the DVDs closed captioned? All DVDs are closed captioned.

DVD Regions Questions
Global region codes identify specific DVDs that are compatible with the players typically sold in that region. All of Peggy Cappy’s DVDs play in Region 1 only (U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda).
